In the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, Baisi constituency elected Ghulam Sarwar from the All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) as the winning candidate with 92,766 votes (41.37% vote share). Vinod Kumar of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) secured the second position with 65,515 votes (29.22% vote share).
