In the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, Masaurhi constituency elected Arun Manjhi from the Janata Dal (United) (JD(U)) as the winning candidate with 106,505 votes (47.16% vote share). Rekha Devi of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) secured the second position with 98,862 votes (43.78% vote share).
