In the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, Supaul constituency elected Bijendra Prasad Yadav from the Janata Dal (United) (JD(U)) as the winning candidate with 109,085 votes (52.16% vote share). Minnatullah Rahmani of Indian National Congress (INC) secured the second position with 78,282 votes (37.43% vote share).
